Johanna El Zelah modela la emoción en barro, y da forma a máscaras, flores y a la figura femenina como objetos pequeños y cargados con títulos que suenan a confesión. Hecha en cerámica de baja temperatura con engobes, chamota y esmaltes, la pieza está modelada enteramente a mano; la chamota le da al cuerpo cerámico una textura más gruesa y granular bajo el esmalte. Acabada en el azul de su título, la superficie oscila entre lo mate y el brillo: un objeto íntimo construido tanto para sostenerse como para verse.
