Can I cancel my order?

Yes—provided your order hasn't entered production or shipping. Contact us immediately at hello@artofnoma.com, and we'll do our best to halt the process and issue a full refund. While we can't guarantee cancellation, we’ll do everything possible.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

That’s rare, but if it happens, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we'll arrange either a free express replacement or, if you'd prefer, a full refund, including return shipping cost if applicable.

I changed my mind / ordered the wrong item.

No problem! Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unmarked, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a full refund. For framed or bulky pieces, original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Returns involving Referral Programs or promotions

Returns from orders that benefited from promotions (e.g., referral credits, discount codes, gift cards) adhere to the same terms as above. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund in cases of promotion misuse or abuse.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at hello@artofnoma.com. We will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions once your request is approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund timeframe.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days, please contact us.
