Returns and refunds
Every work we sell is an original or a signed limited edition — a single object, made once. For that reason we do not accept general or change-of-mind returns.
We do stand behind every shipment. If a work arrives damaged, or if what arrives is not what you ordered, contact us the same day at hello@artofnoma.com or on WhatsApp at +52 55 3066 9242, with photographs of the packaging and of the piece. Every shipment we send is fully insured. We will resolve it with you directly — a repair, a replacement where one exists, or a full refund — and we handle the insurance claim ourselves. You are not asked to deal with the carrier.
Please do not discard the packaging until the matter is settled; insurers require it.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once a work has been crated and collected by the carrier it is in transit, and the section above applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of our agreeing them. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the funds. If more than fifteen business days have passed since we confirmed a refund and nothing has arrived, write to hello@artofnoma.com and we will chase it.
Commissioned and made-to-order work
A commission begins only after a deposit, and that deposit is not refundable once the artist has started work, because the piece is being made for you specifically. The terms of every commission are agreed with you in writing before any money changes hands.
Buyers in the European Union
If you are resident in the EU, you have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us within that period, return the work in its original condition and original packaging at your own cost, and we will refund the purchase price. This right is in addition to everything above and does not affect it.
