Jordi Alós (1993, Mexico City) studied Advertising Design. During his university studies he realized that there was a shortage in the inclusion of art in advertising, and that the limits of “what has to be” and “ought to be” gave a special space for pictorial expression. Mixing art brut and art naive techniques, Alós created a character he named "Machango" which has become a cornerstone of his work and has gotten him to travel the world.
