Brillo Amarillo — Yellow Glow — comes out of Taeko Nomiya's photography of the spaces between cultures, work that moves between Japan and Mexico and finds intimacy in the rhythm of a city at dusk. Rather than fix a literal scene, she lets warmth and radiance carry the picture, using color itself as the subject and the emotional cue.

It is printed as one of her patient, atmospheric giclées, on glossy 250 gsm photographic paper that pushes the yellows toward saturation and keeps the fine tonal shifts intact across a reflective surface. The edition runs to 100 hand-numbered prints, each sealed with the artist's hanko — the traditional Japanese seal she uses in place of a signature.
