Karaoke Photograph by Taeko Nomiya Limited Edition
$ 26,202.00 MXN
Details
Karaoke sits at the center of Taeko Nomiya's work between Japan and Mexico, where she looks for intimacy inside collective ritual. The karaoke room is one of her recurring subjects — a place where private feeling briefly goes public, and where presence and self-consciousness share the same small space. She photographs the mood rather than the performance.
The image is printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Pearl 285 gsm, a surface whose slight sheen holds contrast and detail without flattening the softer tonal passages the picture depends on. It comes in two sizes, each an edition of 10, signed with the artist's personal hanko seal. Framed in a wooden matte-white frame with no glass, so nothing sits between the eye and the print.
