MAC - 001 opens Israel González’s series Más Allá de la Materia (“Beyond Matter”), the print-led practice he pursues under the name “Matador.” Working in spare, deliberate images released in small editions, he reduces visual language to the essentials of surface, balance, and spatial tension; as an early work in the series, this one sets that restrained tone.
