This board is a curated, dated list of open calls, residencies, prizes and grants relevant to emerging artists in Latin America. Each listing shows the deadline and the official link. It is updated monthly.
The aim is simple: save artists the hours spent hunting for opportunities, and make sure the information they find is accurate.
The rule
We list only calls with a public deadline and an official page. We do not list pay-to-play prizes without saying so. If a call asks for a fee, the listing says it plainly. Each listing is checked against the organizer’s official page before it appears.
What a listing shows
Every listing follows the same format, so calls are easy to compare. It shows the name, the organizer, the deadline, the official link, who can apply and whether a fee applies. A fee does not always mean a bad call, but artists should know before they apply. Calls are removed after their deadline.
How to submit a call
Send an email to hello@artofnoma.com with the subject “Open call”. Please include:
- The name of the call, residency, prize or grant.
- The organizer.
- The deadline.
- The official link.
- Who can apply, and whether there is a fee.
- Any eligibility limits, such as country, age or career stage.
